Sharing is caring!

The Arboretum Square is a 12″ crochet afghan square that can be used for crochet blankets, granny square sweaters, and more!

This post contains affiliate links. At no extra cost to you, I may receive a small commission from purchases made through affiliate links. This helps to keep these awesome free patterns coming!

This crochet square is rich with texture too; it uses the third loop only half double crochet (aka camel stitch)

It looks good with colorwork stripes or with one solid color and can be used with other afghan squares!

This 12″ crochet afghan square compliments the Botanical Garden Square!

The center of this square starts off differently than the Botanical Garden Square, but they finish the same. This makes these squares the perfect match.

The Botanical Garden Square was designed for the 2017 Moogly CAL. This Arboretum Square can be used as an alternate.
