So how did I start a crochet website?

Crochet is a family craft! My Mother, my Nana, and even my Great Grandmother all crocheted. I grew up seeing them do it and have always loved it, so I think it was just natural that I learned how.

I had learned to crochet when I was a teenager, but didn’t really start doing it on a regular basis until 2012! I was pregnant with my daughter and crochet became an obsession.

But, I kept running into the same problems over and over: I had a hard time finding patterns that were exactly what I wanted, and some were hard to follow, so I would often end up making my own. This started me on the path to creating my own designs.

Now I design patterns that are simplified, so they are easy to follow for people like me, and they are still fun to make with beautiful results!

You may have noticed that I also have giftability in mind for most projects, because it’s always a great feeling to be able to share your creations with others. But that doesn’t mean you can’t keep them for yourself too! I won’t tell! 😉
